Note from the Cacher
Another Cemetery in the series of Lost Cemeteries of Crawford County. The cemetery known as the Loller Cemetery is located at a place that used to be called Laffingwell Crossing. There are two grave stone that are readable at this time. But there is a toatl of at least six stones in the cemetery. When I talked to Mrs. Wright about the location of this cemetery she related to me an interesting story that I thought might interest you. The story goes that a train occured in this area in 1904. The train was on it's way back from the Worlds Fair in St. Louis Missouri when it crashed. The thing about the story is that she told me some of the people in this wreck where buried here but no stone markers where erected.
